Beef & Potato Oven Meal



Beef And Potato Casserole
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey ( I use turkey-in the frozen section 1lb. for 1.29))
1 small onion,quartered and sliced (or
 you may use 1 stalk chopped celery)
4 russet potatoes, sliced into 1" rounds
1 can green beans, drained ( or use
2 cups frozen or fresh broccoli pieces)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or use
1 can cream of celery soup)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with a dash of salt and pepper in a large skillet and drain.
Place the ground beef in a baking dish. Layer the onion slices, green beans, and potato slices over the ground beef. Pour on the can of soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Let the casserole cool and settle for about 5 minutes, then dish it up!
*For variety, you can sprinkle 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs or 1/2 cup cheese on top before baking.*
