Cool Canteloupe Frappe' Recipe
1 large cantaloupe, cut into cubes and refrigerated
1 large canteloupe, cut into cubes and frozen on a cookie sheet for 2 hrs. or until firm
2 1/2 cups of chilled apple juice
Put 1/2 of the refrigerated canteloupe and 1/2 of the apple juice into the blender. Blend on low speed until mixed well.
Add half of the frozen canteloupe cubes one by one and blend until they become a smooth and thick puree.
Repeat the process with the remaining canteloupe cubes and apple juice.
Pour into 8 tall glasses
Garnish with a canteloupe slice or fruit, such as grapes and berries on toothpicks
